Alabama Newscenter came to Fayette to learn how a Spirit of Cooperation among the local citizenry aids the city and county as they undertake new projects together. The willingness of individuals, governments, education and businesses to work together is highlighted to show how the city has prospered throughout the years as it strives to provide a family oriented and business friendly environment in which to live and work. As an Alabama Community of Excellence (ACE) recognized city Fayette maintains a vision for the future and has developed plans to bring it about. The article contains interviews and a video of civic leaders as they discuss the advantages of having a Spirit of Cooperation.
