October 8th's meeting of the Progress Club will feature Jessica Lynn Crowe's "My Vison for FCML". The meeting begins at 2:00 PM at the Fayette County Memorial Library. Visitors are welcome to attend
The Fayette County Fair begins October 17 and continues through October 25. Check times for events.
As a local support group the Grieving Hearts group encourages those suffering the grief of having lost a loved one or dear friend to attend. The loss need not be recent as those who have overcome this difficult time and wish to share their comfort with others are also welcome to participate.
St. Michael's Episcopal Church will host the May meeting of the Progress Club. This will be a Salad Luncheon so bring a dish. New officers for the year will be installed during the luncheon. Note the time of the meeting - 11:30.
