The Fayette Area Chamber of Commerce will recognize exceptional students from the area schools at today's luncheon. The meeting begins at Noon at the Fayette Civic Center. Lunch, if desired, is $6. Visitors are welcome.

May's meeting will be held at St. Michael's during a Salad Luncheon. Bring a dish and listen as Dolores Hydock, storyteller and actress, talks about "Starch in Their Petticoats: Women Who Settled the West". It is a good time to visit and discover how the Progress Club functions.
The members of the Healing Hearts group encourages those suffering the grief of having lost a loved one or dear friend to attend. The loss need not be a recent one. Anyone who has overcome this difficult time and wishes to share their comfort with others is also welcome to participate.
Chamber of Commerce will host an After Hours social on Tuesday June 7 from 5:30 to 7:30 at Missy's Taset of Home. Refreshments will be served and music will be provided by Daniel Hindman and Scott Robertson.
