You can report problems or non-emergency service requests to the City of Fayette using Fayette Report from the convenience of your mobile device or computer.
You can report issues such as potholes, code violations, or anything else you feel needs attention by the city. Photos are always helpful for personnel to see the issue before arrival at the site. Once the issue is resolved you will be notified. Problems previously reported may also be tracked. Any reports of a sensitive nature may be submitted anonymously.
Fayette Report uses SeeClickFix software to help citizens report and track service requests via the Internet or mobile app. It may be downloaded for Android, iPhone or other devices from Google Play or iTunes.
How to report an issue:
1. Select the Report tab.
2. Type in the address/location of the service request – or – drag the map marker to the location of your issue. Use the + and – buttons on the map to zoom in or out.
3. Click Next.
4. Choose a service request Category from the drop-down menu that best matches your issue.
5. Enter a Title, additional Description, and attach an Image if possible (not required).
6. Click Submit.
